Today Randy and I went with my mom and dad on a 15 mile run/hike up Big Cottonwood Canyon. It is a run my dad does 3-4 times a week to train for the Wasatch 100 Mile Race he runs every September. He asked us to tag along today. It was a difficult but beautiful run. All of the flowers were blooming and there was still snow in some spots so it wasn't too hot. Thanks for letting us come dad, sorry we slowed you down!

Holy cow Court I can't believe you guys hiked 15 miles! And I can't believe your dad runs that all the time! I would probably die no joke. Good job!!
